The Villas of Suntree Homeowners Association

The Villas of Suntree Homeowners Association (HOA) is organized for the purpose of providing common services to homeowners.  These include owning and maintaining the grounds, the pool, and the recreation buildings.  The HOA provides for periodic painting of the exterior walls of all townhomes, replacing roofs on the attached townhomes, maintaining landscaping, and maintaining driveways.  The HOA obtains insurance on Common Property and on the Attached Townhomes.  The HOA enforces the Covenants and engages in activities for the mutual benefit of the owners.
 

All homeowners are members of the Villas of Suntree Homeowners Association.  Provisions relating to the HOA are contained in the Articles of Incorporation and the By-Laws of the Subdivision Association.  
 

The Villas of Suntree HOA shall have the right to increase or reduce the services it provides and to add or delete service by affirmative vote of the members in accordance with the By-Laws of the Subdivision Association.  In order to pay for these services, the Subdivision Association will charge Assessments against the homeowners.  Each homeowner is personally obligated for assessments which come due.
