Pool

The Pool is 45 feet long by 15/20 feet wide, 3 feet deep to 6 feet deep, with steps at the low end and a ladder at the deep end. Water volume is 25,000 gallons which is recirculated, filtered and chemically treated at 6,000 gallons per hour, equal to almost 4 changes in a 16 hour period. The Pool water quality and cleanliness is monitored by a Professional Pool Maintenance Contractor, twice a week with interim checks made by the Pool Committee Volunteers.

Exercise Room

The Recreation Center has an Exercise Room of approximately 400 square feet, is temperature controlled and has one wall fully mirrored. Equipment consists of a Treadmill, a 4 Position Cal Gym Weight Machine, a set of 10 Free Weights, an elliptical stepper, and a Mechanical Scale. Instructions for use and regulations are posted.

Exercise Room restrictions are
1) no food and drinks other than those associated with healthy exercise
2) exclusive to members and renters only
3) users must be 16 years or older. 

The Facility is not to be used for any purpose other than Exercising.

Recreation Center Library

The Library, located in the Office Building, is accessible through the Exercise Room.  There are dozens of hard cover and paperback books and DVDs for use by Residents. The facility is always open and items may be taken out and returned at the Resident's convenience.  All items have been donated by Residents and any additional donations are appreciated.  The Library is maintained by Volunteers of the Recreation Center Committee.

Clubhouse

The Villas Clubhouse includes a Main Room and dual Restrooms.  The Main Room is approximately 500 square feet, complete with a Kitchen and Lunch Bar.  There is adequate seating that is utilized for the Board of Directors Monthly HOA meetings.  The Facility is available to Residents for Private Parties or other gatherings.  Use of the Facility is by Reservation, on a first-come first-served basis with a deposit of $50.00 to the Recreation Committee. The $50.00 deposit is refunded if extra Contract Cleaning is not required. The Reservation List is posted on the Bulletin Board in the clubhouse.  Reservation of the clubhouse does not include use of the swimming pool.
