Things to know before you buy in the Villas of Suntree.

The Villas of Suntree is a community within the Suntree Neighborhood.  The Villas consist of 99 attached Townhomes and 9 single homes.  The townhomes consist of single floor and two-story homes.  A unique feature of the townhomes is their construction.  Each unit has its own private courtyard. 
 

New roofs were installed in 2019 on the 99 attached townhomes.  The entire community (all 108 homes) was repainted in 2021.  The Home Owners Association (HOA) is responsible for the roof replacement as necessary on the 99 attached townhomes only.  The HOA is also responsible for painting all 108 homes every seven years. 
 

Homes bought today cannot be rented.  There are a few units in the community that are being rented.  These homes were purchased prior to the rules regarding rental property being changed (2005).  No unit purchased after 2005 can be rented.

The Villas of Suntree is one of many neighborhoods within the Suntree area.  Therefore, homewoners in the Villas have two different HOA dues to pay.
